This being my first time in China, this hotel and stay was absolutely incredible top to bottom. Nice clean facility and rooms, convenient shopping stores around, easily accessible for ridesharing and walking distances and plenty of accommodations for guests. Room service was always so courteous and provided nice clean rooms and sheets and towels from returning from the day. Nothjng but good things to say and would absolutely stay again asap!

One of the best hotels I stayed at. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Other than that it’s perfect from location and easy mall access from the hotel lobby great staff very friendly and helpful. All what you need you can find it in the room from iron , hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more. Definitely it’s the place to stay at if you are visiting Changsha.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and felt like a true home away from home. They were well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and a laundromat that was easy to use—great for longer stays or if you just need to freshen up your clothes. The views from the room were also fantastic, adding an extra touch to the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overseas Chinese Convenience, Outstanding Kindness

Booked because of the swimming pool, this full service apartment hotel, though based on and following the international standard, has a very Chinese flair. You may not see other foreigners residing. Guests are mainly Overseas Chinese. The abundant breakfast, all self-prepared by the kitchen crew, is local with the elements of fruits and salads, toast and egg and allows an unabridged discovery of Chinese breakfast culture. What makes service so outstanding: Evennif you are way too late for breakfast time, nobody sends you away. On the contrary, you shall be served by what still is available with a welcoming smile and comment. You may even enjoy a pleasent conversation. The similar applies to the swimming pool, even if its just 10 minutes and the crew is about to clean and close, you will be welcomed to draw some rounds. Or formally by sevice principles: Check-Out by 14h, 2h PM.
