"This is an older motel right out of the 1970s. Full kitchen with 3/4 size refrigerator. You could use this as your base camp to explore the area for a week. No other property is this close to Lake Superior."

"For a small town and a truck stop hotel combination, this place was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean and updated. We were pleasantly suprized at how nice the room was and the staff was very helpful and friendly."
Quality Inn & Suites Munising

"Overall a good stay. Finding office was confusing as it had different name than Quality Inn on it though the road sign is standard Quality Inn. Room was clean. I noticed loose lamp shades upon arrival which I tightened and were fine. Breakfast was very good with variety. Overall good stay for my wife & I."
Roam Inn

"The Roam Inn is an excellent place to stay if you are in Munising. It was very clean and well maintained. The light breakfast was perfect with tasty muffins and fresh fruit. We were in Room 14 which was small but nice. It also had a small window that overlooked an overflowing dumpster which wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker. The Roam Inn is in a great location and about 15-20 minutes to the downtown area that has several good brewpubs and restaurants to choose from. It is also close to Pictured Rocks Cruises which was worth doing. I would definitely stay at the Roam Inn if I were looking for a place in Munising. The room that we were in was a good value comparatively speaking but I would probably splurge next time and go with a bigger room and better view."
