Hotel dekat Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes

"Hôtel ,à la hauteur de mes attentes,,personnelles ,à l’écoute ,souriant , très bien situé au centre ville de Montréal. Piscine chauffée,salle de sport au top .et le restaurant magnifique."

"The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral."

"We really appreciated its location - we were close to many places we wanted to see. The unit was very clean and it was on a quiet street."

"This hotel is very special in many ways especially the friendly hotel staff. They went above and beyond their duty to make our stay comfortable and helped us with everything we needed to get around town including making reservations. Also, the daily housekeeping was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Definitely a great place to stay in Montreal. Location is perfect, near shops, the old town and easy walk to Mount Royal. Most importantly, all staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was exceptional. Clean, well appointed and it was great to have a kitchen. The rooftop terrace has amazing views, a perfect end to a busy day sightseeing."

"Hotel room and staff were great. Breakfast included could have been more expansive as my wife is diabetic and there was little she could eat. Parking was nearby but the directions to get back to the hotel could have been better as downtown Montreal has many one way streets."

"It was good with decent looking room"

"Very close to many restaurants and galleries. If you're cruising you can walk across the street to the ship. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"I think the parking lot attendant ruined our trip in the first five minutes of our arrival. Wasn’t very friendly and demanded I go pay more for parking after my car was a bit longer than the suv beside us. I have a 5seater Honda and he thought it was a 7 seater. It was hard to get the luggage all in with some mobility issues with my older mom. Location was great. Room could have been cleaner under the beds, our shower temperature was all over the place so we opted to have baths, room was...

"Amazing place to stay loved every moment. I wish we stayed longer and that the room service was every day! Heated toilet and bidet were amazing - staff were also terrific. Really clean and cozy. There is parking across the street that you will have to pay for. Thank you sonolux!"

"Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Old Montreal! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located for exploring the charming streets of Old Montreal, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially loved the hotel’s stylish atmosphere and convenient location, which made our visit to Montreal even more enjoyable. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting...

"The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room had a mini-fridge and a suitcase stand, which were useful. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk to a hub Metro station, from which it's very easy to get around Montreal. However, the room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, which is fine if you're only using it as a place to sleep."

"Amazing experience and so perfect in terms of location and accessibility. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!"
