"A wonderful b & B in the heart of the village with nice clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and just minutes away from what the village has to offer. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I will be booking again if I come back to Montreal."

"Great location. Historic hotel with lots of character. Room was comfortable and bathroom large. Main issue is the single elevator that is very slow and very busy when the bar on the 5th floor is open. The hotel is pricey for what you get."

"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"Very unique stay at this well situated boutique hotel right in Old Montreal. Friendly and helpful staff explained the hotel's concept and background. What a pleasant surprise to discover each room had a specific theme filled with history and culture of the city. The vinyl records and player within our room for use as well as the complimentary continental breakfast were bonus additions that made our stay even more pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about thei hotel was great i.e. location, rooms and staff the only downside was the fact that when turndown service was requested only towels were changed and the bed was remade but nothing was vacuumed or clean out."
