"The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....

"Staff were wonderful! June was so helpful with questions, directions, and communication given that I only speak English--she was so lovely and gracious! They entire staff through my stay were so kind. Breakfast every morning was delightful and dinner in the restaurant was delcious as well. Great location tucked up in the hills with the bus stop right near by so everything was super accessible. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is our second time at Bon Rivage and we enjoyed it. Its practial to stay there if you want to visit Vevey and Bouveret. Its great for families with nice spacious rooms. The location is very good with a beautiful scenery. We will definitely go back."

"Absolutely amazing location. 5 minutes walk from the station and lake Geneva is around the corner. Great base to explore Montreux on public transport as well using the montreux riviera card. Staff spoke good English and property was kept in great condition. Only downside was that the rooms didn’t have AC, but the windows opened very wide and a fan was provided so the summer heat was not a problem."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "First of all, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning. Europe is experiencing unprecedented heat, so it is important to verify that AC is available. I indeed thought it was, only to be informed at arrival that "only some rooms are". The property itself is ok, amenities are few, reception closes at 6pm. Young, inexperienced staff.
