"Perfect location. Nice breakfast with lake view. Room is very nice."

"Excellent stay in Lausanne. No remarks whatsoever."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...

"The hotel room was great, view from my room was marvelous... the only less maybe the lobby is under repair and the staff need to be more cheerful... and need porter to help us for the luggage..."

"To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue. "

"Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan danau dan di daerah sekitar hotel banyak tempat perbelanjaan dan juga restoran."

"Great location for a quick visit to lavaux wine region. Enjoyed our stay"

"This impeccably maintained vintage hotel was immaculate in every way. Like stepping back in time to where the rich and famous of the past surely visited. Great view overlooking Montreux, but not super convenient to walking the lake promenade. There is a tram or bus stop nearby that easily takes you up and down."

After some discussion and significant increase in room cost we were moved to a larger third floor room with a nice view of Lake Geneva. What is the point of staying at the Grand Hotel du Lac if you can’t see the lake from your room. The hotel had many large tour groups who swarm in and out fast. Our overall experience was very good it is a very elegant...

"Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"

"No too close to the downtown area or tourist attractions. Breakfast wa just okay not too many options"

"ちょっと狭いかなと思いましたが、寝に帰るだけなら十分です。 朝食が安くでつけられるので、ずっと忙しかったので、助かりました。 従業員さんはフレンドリーです。 近くにスーパーもあり便利です。"
