Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!

Staff were excellent and made our trip special. The room was well considered and a good size. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and the spa is a good extra. The hotel is a very quick and easy metro ride (included within the city tax) from the train station. Thank you for a great stay.

Definitely 4 star hotel

Self service from the moment we got there to the moment we left. No one to take the car, no one who cared that we arrived, at breakfast there was a line and once we sat down no one ever came around for drinks or to order from the menu. Ran out of toilet paper and the bathroom was always flooded from the shower. Room was sometimes not cleaned until very late in the day. From my opinion a great 4 star hotel but it does not have the service of a 5 star hotel.

The service was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. We had many problems with housekeeping that forced us to leave the room for hours at a time on several days. When the problems were brought to the front desk, they brushed it off and our issues continued. Communication was poor. We were told the water, coffee, tea, and “food” were complimentary and then charged 24 CHF for a Toblerone. On the positive side, the Sky Lounge had a spectacular view and good drinks. The location is central to the lakes and shopping, with metro access included in the room. Nice property, just wish the service was better.

Accueil très chaleureux, très belle chambre dans la nouvelle partie de l’hôtel. Piscine et spa très bien avec piscine extérieure et intérieure communiquante et chauffée. Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet est très très bien. Il y a vraiment de tout sur ce soit sucrés ou salés et possibilité de commander des œufs et ou des omelettes sans supplément.
