Hotel murah di Huemoz

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. "Superb location, stunning views from room and reception, excellent service and facilities. Nicolas at the reception made our stay super special, with his great personality. We observed him making each guest feel valued and special. Nothing was too much trouble and a wealth of information was given to us to make the best of our short 2 night stay. Hotel was next to bus stop, and direct access to the lake side promenade too. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing shower and a fridge....

"Très bel établissement, les chambres sont propres et agréables. Le restaurant avec ses buffets bien garnis est parfait. Il manque juste un accès aux bains que pour les clients de l'hôtel autre 7h30 du matin, 20h30-22h00 serait idéal!!! Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement."
