Very poorly managed property : it took two hours to get our food for Christmas dinner. Manager didn’t even apologise.

Run down property, bad food and poor management

Really disappointed, the place is running down and the management does not seem to care. Food is just catastrophic and definitely not worth anything more than what a 3 star hotel would provide. The hotel has a serious issue around its restaurants. And the management refuses to acknowledge it.

Nice but not great

Valet service is great. Spa facilities is limited given it is called a spa resort. Missing a cold and hot foot bath and a rest area. The outdoor rest area of the swimming pool is partially connected to the restaurant. It is awkward for the people on swim suit and not great for appetite for the guests sitting in the terrace of the restaurant. They have plastic covers over every pen at the reception, looks cheap and not eco friendly at all… if it’s for the purpose of covid, I don’t think the plastic covers mean much. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel offered two complimentary apples in the room, but one of them was hollow, disgusting… The restaurant service was very slow, seem they were under staff… overall experience is ok but definitely did not excel as a 5-star spa hotel…

La piscine malheureusement on l a pas éssayé car beaucoup trop du monde, ç est une hotel sans doute parfait mais pas pour les gens qui cherchent se reposer tranquille, mais bien pour les familles nombreuses. Le restaurant la cabane déçevant. Peu de serveurs, on a attendu 1/2 heure pour chaque service, et la carte pas digne d un 5 étoiles. On a commandé 2 plats, une pas à notre goût, on demande une autre, biensûr qu on paye les 3 plats. On arrive avec une assiette de viande posé sans amour, et sans accompagnement. On dit qu il manque, il revient aprés 20 minutes avec une salade sans sauce. Encore une fois, les personnels très gentils, à notre écoute, mais il manque l organisation pour 5 étoils. Heureusement l hôtel, les chambres, terasses, les personnels ont compensé.
