"The cottage was roomy and gorgeous. Bed was divine. Kitchenette has basic tools for make a simple meal, although the cafe/bar also offers delicious salads, pizza, and platters. The tasting included in your booking is really wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the vineyards and grounds after everyone left in the evening and seeing the sunset on the hills. We were biking, so it was a convenient starting place to the day."

"I’m very disappointed I stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities are decent but the rooms are small. What’s most disappointing is the service of the hotel staff. Instead of going out of their way to please the guests, they are very indifferent. I would never stay at a holiday inn again."

"Oh my goodness. Absolutely lovely place with everything you need. Washer and dryer, TV with Netflix was easy to use. Big bathtub for soaking along with a large shower. Pretty furnishings in line with the Arrowtown antique aesthetic. Simple to find location in walking distance of Arrowtown Main Street. "Excellent accommodation option in Queenstown. Many options to chose from depending on the number of people and choice. We rented the standard Mountain View studio which can easily accommodate 4 people. It is very clean and fully contained with your own kitchen and bathroom. Towels and linens are clean too. Own parking is just outside the door. Many sports and leisure actvities for kids. Just 5 minutes to Arrowtown village and 20 minutes to and from the airport and Queenstown city centre. Staff...

"The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence.."

"Space was clean and it was a really cool area with a old school feel to it! The hot tub was amazing! Even with it being 0°c outside. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room, so just double check the amenities list before booking your room. "
