"Hopefully it was just a bad one off... but this was perhaps the worst motel stay we ever had. The first room was toxic with air refreshing scent to cover up obvious mildew and pet odor. We were told we couldn't change rooms so we tried to air it out but after a few hours the toxic scent persisted. We went to to check out early and go find another place to stay and at that point we were offered another room. We took that other room and unfortunately it reeked of stale beer. "This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "Clean room, efficient check in and check out. Breakfast however left a little to be desired. Hot pancakes/waffle maker out of order. One of the two chaffing dishes didn’t have anything in it. Offerings seemed limited compared to similar level hotels. Coffee was not good. But good for sleeping somewhere clean while on the road."
