Hotel dekat Charles Riley Memorial Reserve

"We booked this place for a 6-night family holiday. The moment we checked in, there was a very strong smell of sweat and stinky feet. The bathroom had a strong moldy and drain smell, with visible mold all over the shower walls. We tried opening the window and the door, but it made no difference. We contacted the after-hours staff, but he offered no help and even tried to blame the smell on the “previous guests”. I requested a refund for the unused 5 nights, but he said only the manager could...

"Everything was perfect! Clean room, nice and big and friendliest staff !"

"Couldnt fault a thing about this place! Staff were extremely friendly, room was very clean, view from the room was amazing. Location was central for everything! We will definitly be back, thanks :)"

"Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night."

"Great place to stay"

"ini yg ke 3 kali nya kita menginap disana. ke 3 kali nya sudah lebih baik dari segi kebersihan nya untuk area kamar nya. tetapi sangat di sayang kan salah satu kamar (apt. 131) heater aircon nya super duper kotor sekali sehingga hampir tidak ada angin yg keluar dan kamar jadi sangat dingin. Kita sudah komplain dan kata nya sudah di lakukan pembersihan. tetapi nihil. they lied."

"Very nice staff. Good location. Good breakfast. Clean bedroom and bathroom ."

"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...
