"I usually love this hotel, but I am not sure if the ownership or management changed or something. My room landline phone started ringing ucontrollably at 3:48AM...asking for some sort of system password to be entered onto the phone. I couldn't fall back asleep for an hour after this as I had to research if there was a fire or some emergency and couldn't simply call the front desk as the phone didn't work. Whoever is responsible for that system servicing at that hour...should be fired....
