"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was ok. Servicing and cleaning of our room was poor. Room was big but bed wasn't even a queen let alone a king. Position of bathroom sink was very odd. It was set far back from the front edge of the counter and so one had to awkwardly lean forward to use it. A back killer. "

"Our TV said it was not connected to the internet, and therefore would not work. I was also unable to connect to the internet with my phone. Staff unable to help, inexplicably."

"We had a problem with our first rooms cleanliness but it was quickly remedied by the staff by relocating us to another room in a different building (no issues there). Two thumbs up for the receptionist."
