I loved the kitchenette and good size fridge was very useful. Breakfast was OK. Very clean bathroom. The floor at the entrance was a little sticky, didn’t cause much discomfort took me two minutes to wipe with wet paper towel. Great location. Satisfied overall.

Excellent location. Near great restaurants and shopping. Quick hop over the bridge to downtown Charleston. Clean and comfortable room with basic kitchen set up. Very nice breakfast included that changed each day.

The staff was amazing! Expedia changed our reservation without consulting us (gave us a room with one bed for 4 people!), and although the property had no other rooms available, they made our stay great!

We booked this place because it was pet friendly. Upon check in we were give a bag that included treats, a poop bag and a paper with information about local pet friendly places. We visited a great waterfront park and a beach with our dogs after check out based on this information. Five paws review!

The room was updated and very clean, most important the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus as well as the dining table and well stocked kitchen in the room. I think i have found my new favorite hotel. The value for the price was perfect. Will 100 % stay here again.

Everything was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We did have a very squeaky bathroom door in 419 . Also I didn’t care for the chime in elevator at each floor. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection.

Convenient and clean yet the room is terribly small. Kitchen space is cramped and very tight with little room to turn around, and I’m pretty slim guy. Downstairs the breakfast bar was short and nearly empty each morning we came down. (likely due to the food hoarding customers/people). The staff was very good and understanding about things seemingly out of their control. One morning I was having a fun conversation on the phone with my brother laughing out loud about the event we attended and during the call, got a visit from the staff regarding noise. Obviously these walls are very, very thin as I’m not a loud person. We also heard people in the shower above our own room. I’d have to attribute this to the construction of the building as I travel alot and never had this experience. The room was serviced only once during a 3 day stay and we had to retrieve towels daily. I’m not worried about compensation of any sort, but only to report the disappointment in the overall facility as related to typical Marriot stays. You guys dropped the ball on design and construction on this place. Certainly not up to your typical standards. Better hope a hurricane doesn’t come through, this place will blow over into the street. Thankfully, the staff was friendly and as understanding as they could be under the circumstances so Congratulations in that regard. I’m sure they’re catching a lot of trouble.
