The room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job, polite and accommodating. Kreston was absolutely amazing to our family as we had a large group in town for a wedding. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. Breakfast is average. I did miss having an in room coffee maker and a closet but I understand that's the Tru concept.
