"There was no one at the check in...outside doors were locked. We could only get inside to check in (after about 5 minutes) due to a returning patron. Our refrigerator didn't work at all, the compressor would kick in every 5 mins or so and rattle VERY loudly. No tissues in the room. Room was clean ..."
