Arrived at 1:15pm and was told my room was ready but to get in it I would have to pay $75, which I did not do. When we finally got in the room, we immediately noticed bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loosely sitting on the toilet so I know the toilet wasn't cleaned. ...
