The room and hotel were clean and staff was great. The hotel and room had an odor but not of which was terrible. The location was great, but feel the price for the product was a bit high. Of course we were there on a concert/holiday weekend.

This hotel was under major renovation. There was a strong construction smell, even in the room. I was not sure if a ventilation fan was working in the bathroom. Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville
We were very happy with our one night stay- they are actively working on improvements to rooms close to ours, our room did not need any repair but the black out curtains could not close so not sure why you have them???

English Inn of Charlottesville
Make sure you ask for a room that has no odor coming from the new couch. Apparently they waited 6 months for delivery and they sat in boxes the entire time. I assume they must have gotten wet because ours smelled like dirty feet and the odor permeated throughout the room.
