Our room was a drab, concrete box that required you to turn sideways and edge your way around the bed. Less a boutique hotel, than a no-frill motel without parking. Ok, but seriously overpriced for what it was.

This hotel advertises as a minimalist experience, and it is. If you need only a bed for the night it works well. If you want a tv in the room, a coffee maker, or a fridge, then I think this is not for you.

This is a great little place if you are looking for character and service!! There are no in room amenities but there is a great lounge on the second floor. This is a culture stop for sure! Looking forward to going back. Great bed, fantastic shower! And while I didn't get to enjoy the theater or live music this time, I will be back!

The staff and location are great. I missed that this is a minimalist hotel when I booked. No TV, hair dryer, clock, fridge, seating, etc in your room. There’s a lounge on 2nd floor with those things to encourage community and gathering. If you’re planning to be out and about most of your stay, this is probably a non-issue. We did miss having a spot to sit in our room.

The hotel, was very clean and in a great location, however, there were no amenities, no fridges, t.v’s or phones in the rooms. While the bed was comfy the rooms were very stark, with glass walls for the bathroom/washroom, the floors were brushed concrete. There was no view from our room, side buildings with air conditioning units. Perfectly good for a one night stay if you aren’t looking for comfort.

Booking did not make it clear that this hotel is basic at best. No TV's, no fridge, no water or coffee, no closet (no clothing hangers?), no irons, no fitness centre and best of all... no parking. Felt like a hostel but for the price of a hotel.

The staff were excellent but my partner has claustrophobia and the tiny room had a too tiny window for his liking. We forfeited our reservation. I must say the manager was extremely helpful in aiding us to find another place to stay. Please do not take my somewhat negative star rating as a reflection on the brand. It is more that my partner could not stay in this room

My room was TINY and didn't have a tv. The staff weren't super friendly, either. Beautiful city, but this hotel completely lacked the charm which saturates it's surroundings. It doesn't seem to fit well within the city. It has a completely different (and cold) vibe.
