"I checked into the hotel and unfortunately fell in the room, had a knot on the back of my head and broke 2 toes. My cousin contacted the Front Desk and an ambulance came and took me to the hospital. I never had a chance to unpack and stayed in the hospital for 6 days. When I contacted the hotel on day two to see if I cancel the reservation I was told that since I checked in that my request was denied. I understand that the hotel has procedures but I never had a chance to enjoy it. The Clerk...

"He was manager during Sunday morning , it’s look he feel awkward , just cuz I asked him where Dunkin’ Donuts nearby he don’t know the answer ! He could have better how arrange he must be understand ?"

"staff at the front desk were excellent although we were assigned a room where the air conditioning did not work but they sent a mechanic to the room right away. When it was found the system would not work, they arranged to move us to another room but it had to be after we got back from a wedding at 11pm."

"The room was not clean. Stains on blankets. Bathroom door was filthy and the tub had dry dirt down the side. For the $241 for one night, it was not worth that. Made it had to enjoy the free breakfast with the lack of cleanliness."

"We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor."

"Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!"

"The hotel is run down and everything looks dirty. The room was so hot when we arrived as the A/C was off. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room itself. The toilet tank cover was mismatched. The furniture was chipped, and the blanket was super thin and the pillows small and lumpy. Wallpaper peeling, looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the toilet was very low. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport."

"This is an inexpensive older hotel on the old county road that has been replaced by a parallel road. You should expect the furniture to be old-style and heavily worn. My toilet and sink were very new. The mattress was comfortable. They have a machine that dispenses coffee, and surprisingly it was plenty bold. Unlike some hotels that now only offer a Duvet, this hotel still uses separate sheets, blankets. I consider this a good thing because having only a Duvet is too hot."

"Jami at the breakfast station is always so delightful and pleasant. She brightens up the morning and it shows she really enjoys what she does."
