"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"

"You get what you pay for - if you're just looking for a clean place to stay, they've got it covered for a good value (although they are currently undergoing a lot of renovations, so the common areas are a bit messier than the rooms). Not particularly convenient to anything, but parking is pretty cheap compared to other areas of Stamford. The team was very cheerful and helpful throughout check-in and our stay."

"The stuff is excellent and courtiers. But the facility is poorly maintained. It requires some TLC. The floors are cracking and everything looks so low quality. I’m so embarrassed to lodge there. The name Best Western tricked me. Never again."

"Rooms had bugs, the AC was not working on arrival at 10pm on 90*+ day. Promptly checked out and went to another property close by. As guests were departing the fire alarm went off. On the front end of travel the front desk checked in our guests who were delayed due to flight cancellations. This prepaid non cancel stay was partially refunded. Would not recommend, however staff did try to help."

"Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."
