It is situated just a short 7 minute drive to the Medievel town center, it is not far from Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, and other nearby bordeaux villages. "We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. "Very friendly staff, very clean room, perfect location"

"It was an absolute delight to stay with Nathalie and Olivier who have lovingly restored the Chateau. They were charming hosts and made the stay one to remember. The renovation of the chateau provides a modern and spacious room that has also retained the charm of the old building. The meals were delightful and prepared by the hosts using fresh local produce. I'd thoroughly recommend Malis Castera to anyone wanting to stay in the wine region."

"We stayed 1 night. The hotel is clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful. You can park in front of the hotel for a fee. The breakfast was ok, too heavily on the carbs/sweets."

"The property was nice but unfortunately the staff was neither welcoming nor helpful."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the kitchen for breakfast was not working well, but other than getting a good cup of coffee, everything was fantastic! Room was beautiful, and the winery tour was also really nice. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely rooms with delightful views to the river. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast choice added bonus is secure parking although it is 13e per night."
