"We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay."

"The location is beautiful, it felt quite unreal but a peaceful and romantic location to get away from it all. We had a room overlooking vineyards, we had dinner and drinks on the terrace which was an amazing dining experience. The choice of wine and quality of food was excellent, service was friendly and professional and we felt well looked after. We also had breakfast at the hotel which offered a great selection of food, however it would be helpful to have a menu for the various choices of eggs...

"We recommend La Villa des Vignes unreservedly. Outstanding hospitality, aesthetics, lovely library/lounge and location. Clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous views from the breakfast room and its terrace, peaceful and quiet. There is no food except for breakfast so for snack lovers we recommend bringing a few provisions. But there is a small grocery store 2 minutes walk away so not a non-issue for us."

"My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!"

"Fantastic long weekend in Saint Emilion! Our host Michel was wonderful, super helpful and friendly throughout our stay at 537. Very communicative offering lots of advice on the local area and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We were celebrating our anniversary and he could not have done more for us to make it feel special. The room was perfect. Spacious, modern and amazing bath! "Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!"
