"No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"

"If you love nature, this hotel is for you. From the sounds of the lapping waves to the chirping of the birds, and two friendly resident cats, the ambience is always relaxing. The surroundings are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. You will be comfortable. My recommendation to the hotel is that the bathroom amenities be updated, including putting grab bars in the shower, to improve guest experience.
