"We had to stay in Chattanooga for the weekend, we normally stay in a more commonly known hotel but this one had “excellent” reviews and was half the price so we took a chance. Not sure who voted for excellent but it was anything but and now we understand why it was half the price. To start there is no elevator, our key card was hit or miss if it worked or not. The room smelled very musty / moldy, the bed felt like an air mattress with extra padding on top, the carpet was stained, there was a cigarette burn in one of the cushions, there was a lamp behind the couch we couldn’t even reach, the shower floor was stained from what looked like dirty feet and the walls are paper thin so we heard our neighbors all night. Definitely will not be back."
