"Albeit a brief stay, the staff were extremely understanding of our extraordinary circumstances and did manage to navigate a restaurant booking so that we might enjoy dinner. The room was amazing and spacious, the hotel location is walking distance from anything, the building history is a phenomenon! Unfortunately the stay was cut short by an issue encountered at the airport, but the staff were welcoming and diligent with their responsibilities to ensure we had enough time to rest and enjoy our stay. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing accommodations, amazing experience. The moment you enter the building, your endorphins spike and in an instant you are transported to the 1800s, the 1900s, and the 2000s simultaneously. The Readhouse is an amazing stay for any reason. Thank you for celebrating our honeymoon."

"From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Spark by Hilton! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the mini fridge was very convenient. We also loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was plentiful and easy. The highlight of our stay was Anand (“Andy”) at the front desk. We were traveling with our grandson, who is on the autism spectrum, and Andy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression. He is truly an asset to this hotel. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. There was no microwave in the room, but there was a very clean microwave available in the common area near the front desk and snack shop, which was convenient. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked beautiful, especially at night when the lights changed colors, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. My only suggestion would be to add a waffle maker or another hot breakfast option. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you, Andy, and the entire Spark team for making our family feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
