Refrigerator gasket full of mold, floor in room sticky with circular stain, no sink stopper and water jetted out a spray and wetted my shirt and pants , folded wash cloth on sink dark stains on it, bedding top had holes larger than a quarter. Did not stay and seeking a refund to card. Toilet flushed but took forever.

Staff were very nice. Outside area had a lot of construction and appeared maybe a bit run down, but the room was really clean. It was quiet, no issues with people outside the room or loud neighbors. Nice to be able to park right in front of the room door. Fast check in and check out. Heads up, Expedia customers have to pay a $75 cash deposit, but at check out it was fast and got it right back.

I’d booked non smoking Room. Sign outside the room was also non smoking but the bedsheets were burnt out like cigarettes burning. Cockroaches, and flies were in the room floors are dirty too. There’s no microwave in the rooms. Overall not recommended for future. Sorry

The room was not a king bed they said that they didn’t have any more so I got a queen bed and the shower was very old and not too nice. Probably never will ever stay there again

It smelled like marijuana there was loud drunk people hanging out all night. The rooms were dirty and the lock on the door didn’t work. There was also sketchy stains on the beds that resembled semen.

They don't allow cooking unless it's them burning a pizza, or ramen, or toast, or sirracha. There is one microwave available til 10 pm from 9am for ALL guest to use. I brought it to a housekeepers attention and was laughed at.

This property has roaches, stained bedding, I e watched them leave pillows on the ground and put them back on a room after overnight. The rooms are bait and switch as the property is undergoing renovation and they lie to get you here and upcharge for a double of you aren't lucky to get a king(no queens available) They are intrusive to your goods, i.e. vehicle, what you are doing in private, and backpedaling on what they say.

I originally booked a non smoking room. Upon walking in, it REEKED. I thought maybe if I turned on the AC, it would dissipate, but the air the AC blew out smelled like pee. The room was also filthy, a hole punched in the wall, sticky floors and holes in the bedding. I requested a room change, down graded to 2 double beds from the king I booked and was charged MORE. Don't understand that since it's not my fault your non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. I'm severely allergic so there was no way I could stay in it ... The new room didn't smell, thankfully, but the floors were so sticky that your shoes stick and make noises as you walk around. I dropped my charger behind the beside table and that area was really nasty. Thankfully this was just a one night, mainly somewhere to sleep. But next time, I'll drive a bit further to the ones by the airport that are the same price, but rated 7 and 8 out of 10. Won't ever stay here again. Also, not like we were PLANNING on swimming, but I doubt this pool has been in service for years. I'll upload a photo of it if I'm able to. Also, if you paid for trip protection, check your statement. I booked as a solo traveler and expedia double charged me. I talked to customer service but they didn't fix it, after saying they would.

Property convenient to restaurants and to the Interstate. Staff friendly and helpful. Property very run down (undergoing major renovations). Room not cleaned to our standards. Bathroom definitely substandard and toilet far too low for elderly clients.

My go to place when i am in chattanooga. Affordable and quiet. They are starting to renovate the whole hotel..new beds, furniture, paint, and new bedding. I cant wait to see what it looks like and ill upload a pic when i see it!

This motel is extremely filthy. Cockroaches pop up from anywhere. From the sink from under the bed from the washroom. The floor is filthy. The pillows are extremely filthy.You will see yellow spots on the pillows if you remove the pillow case.The bed sheets also filthy the walls have mold! This motel should be called “motel negative 6!”
