"Handy stopover for trip to London."

"The rooms are beautifully presented and the amenities were really nice. For a travel stop it was very convenient and the staff are friendly. The carpets in the rooms are suffering from wear and tear and could do with a better clean. The rooms needs a bit more of a clean in general. The shower also started dripping in both rooms (which were at other ends of the property) at around 3am which woke us up. "There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available. "The property is very well looked after & staff are fabulous. Ellie in the morning at both breakfasts and our check in & out was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
