"Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver."

"No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day)
We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). "

"This is my second visit and the apartment was great as last time.
My only concerns this time was that there was no desk which is in the listing. So I had to work either at the breakfast bar or on the sofa which wasn’t ideal.
The apartment was also a strange shape meaning washing up was really difficult as there was a corner cupboard over the sink. I appreciate they’ve done the best can with the space but it wasn’t quite as good as last year "
