1st of all the pics are not justice! This is a run down place with DSS residents, in a horrible area! We saw a dead roach directly in front of the check in desk! Thank god they “accidentally” booked up all the rooms with residents from the community so we got a refund and the heck out of there.

No staff member available for check in. No one answered the phone. Did not check in or stay due to the condition of the property. It was actually a homeless shelter. You should remove it from your site. I would be glad to expand on this during a phone call. Probably the worst I’ve ever seen.

Convenient, but outdated hotel, housing homeless residents who are getting high on pot in public area around the parking. We felt unsafe.

Overall experience - Average I had booked a king, but was provided a room with 2 queen beds. Friendly and helpful staff. It is an older building. Too frequent housekeeping visit. Whixh is goodbut i had to put-up do not disturb tag to get some privacy.

I the staff was great and very helpful. The only problem I had was in my first night we found 2 roaches in the bathroom before bed. There was a sticky substance on the carpet by the bathroom and the beds were hard. The sofa bed was partly damaged so was not every comfortable to sleep on.

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very creative and pretty good. Staff was great. I have to say the environment was strange. They are running a re-homing step up situation for many people which I applaud but made for an uninviting atmoshere. There is a security guard outside at night with many people hanging around the parking lot and the grounds. I didn't feel as comfortable as I would have liked coming in after dark. I feel like this is something that should be mentioned from the start.

No one should book this hotel. We booked this place through Expedia thinking it’s a good deal. But at the time of arrival they said no rooms are available contact Expedia to make some alternative arrangements. Although it says free wi-fi but signal was so poor we couldn’t even use the browser to contact Expedia. Lobby bathroom didn’t even have soap. It’s a rundown place. Carpet was very dirty. Many people were turned around while we were there. The receptionist was telling 70 people were over booked but not a single room available. How could this be even possible We drove more than 10 hours to stay two nights. Luckily we were able to book another Hotel in Nashua for much higher price. We didn’t have any other choice to shop around last minute. Either this hotel or Expedia has to take the responsibility to compensate for our struggle. Expedia refunded hotel charges and some credit to use Expedia in the future bookings. We ended up paying mush more for last minute booking. The total experience iwas very unpleasant.

We didn't stay, we went to check in and was told if we hadn't paid up front then there was no room available they were full. I was happy to leave cause the lobby was filthy and the inside smelled like urine.

Not as clean as I would like. Had the amenities they published. Wish I knew that they house a significant of homeless. Not a problem as such but to enter the building you have to go through the group of smokers. Since I don't smoke it does smell.

Old, dark. Cheap bar soap and shampoo. Microwave on desk takes half desk space. TV on tall dresser makes it hard to watch.
