"Overnight stop for early Stansted flight, great location reasonable price and friendly staff, would stay again, bathroom floor had dry powder, maybe new floor had been laid, and hadn’t been cleaned properly, besides that comfy bed and staff friendly"

"First room I was issued was very dated and filthy. Stains up the walls and all round in poor condition. I was moved to another room after complaining which was much better, however starting to show its age. Staff however really need to learn how to smile. Unfriendly vibes from all but one team member."

"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...
