I only stayed because I needed a place to stay for a few hours bc my flight was cancelled but god I wish I just stayed at the airport instead"

"The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were very clean. We did not use the outdoor pool but others enjoyed it. There was also an outdoor, oversized chess game, a putting green and a well-maintained vegetable garden. I really loved the steps taken for the facility to be more environmentally friendly. Patrons could help grow the garden by adding banana peels to the compost that is used in the garden. The landscaping had a lot of native plants. Also part of the parking lot was paved in bricks to help...

"Room was extremely clean, and the few staff we interacted with were super helpful and sweet. My only wish was that there was a microwave in the room, but we made do with the one in the lobby. We had tickets to a concert at the Allstate arena, and this was the perfect spot! Literally a 10 minute walk, and the hotel had easy free parking. Staying there you wouldn’t even think you were so close to a little the arena, or the airport. A little pricy, but was worth it for all the convenience."

Me contacté con el hotel antes de mi llegada para solicitarles el servicio de shuttle y nunca contestaron, hasta lo noche de mi llegada que hablé para pedir que me lo enviaran y fue cuando me informaron que no lo tenían disponible; esto hace una diferencia de entre 25 y 30 usd para cada traslado, es decir 60 usd en total, lo que ya lo situa en el rango de precio de otros...

"Overall a very nice stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location relative to the airport and food spots is really convenient, especially for families. Strong value for money. The pool and fitness rooms were also really nice inclusions (again, big help for famliMy lone issues were the AC/climate control in the room did not work at all which would've been a real problem had the weather been more severe, and though an extra sofa bed was included in the room, there were no extra blankets...
