"Loved the staff"

"We have just had a lovely stay at The Dial House. We were welcomed warmely and shown to our room; which was very clean and cosy. The gift of a handmade soap was a nice touch! The hotel is very pretty and was beautifully decorated with the lounge area having open fire. The staff were all vety helpful and friendly. I must also add the hotel smells amazing! The location is perfect and very central to take in the sights and the car park was very convenient. We also had a delicious roast dinner...

"Great location. Staff were nice."

"A lovely old building with lots of character on the edge of the river. Lovely location."

"Was a great location, great dinner options"

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were quaint and well made up. There was even a bathtub in our room, which was a game changer! We also really enjoyed dining at the property's pub, and the food was amazing! Very much enjoyed the fish and chips and the lamb special they were serving. The location is perfect if you're exploring the surrounding Cotswolds towns and don't want to stay in the center of the action. We would definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the Cotswolds in...

"Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again."

"Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles."

"Such a delightful place to stay. Large, clean room and lots of thoughtful amenities. Very friendly staff. Fantastic dinner downstairs, too!"
