Hotel dekat Chendamangalam Jewish Synagogue

Misleidende informatie. De...

"Great place and very nice ambiance. Kayaking was amazing. Only thing was we didn’t feel that the pool was clean."

"Decent place, nice garden, breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff. Missing free shuttle"

"الموقع مميز والخدمات من حوله"

"The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! Great location, near the Kochi airport, and the hotel airport transportation service came in very useful!"

"Staff were great - very helpful and pleasant! However, we noticed a cockroach in our room on the final night (we stayed for two)."

"I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay."

"The staff was professional, respectful and responsive. They were really great."

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant."

"Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Shuttle was very prompt in picking from the airport to the hotel . Excellent buffet breakfast."

"It was a nice short stay and I recommend it to people looking for a place near to the airport. I was not able to contact the reception to arrange a pick up from the airport though. All my calls where just reaching the answering system."
