"This was the first time ever we stayed at St Regis, it was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed! the staff were so friendly sometimes I felt I troubled them too much, they were very cordial, catered to our every request, always with a polite smile even though we ran into them in the hallway, our cleaning lady Ms Tang was so nice, with a big smile and did a terrific job everyday to keep our suite clean.
The hotel is in a perfect location for us, it is closed to everything yet not in the middle of the crowds and noisiness. The facility is up to date, nicely decorated. I especially loved the pool, the water is so clean, temperature is just right, staff is friendly and polite. I enjoyed swimming every morning.
We stayed there for 2 weeks, definitely will return when we next visiting Chengdu."
