Hotel Mewah di Chennai

"Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"

"Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food."

"Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. "

"Old rooms. The shower controls didnt work great. Lizard on the wall"

"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"Here’s a 250-word, casual Google Maps–style review for Citi Luxe Hotel, Chennai: --- I stayed at **Citi Luxe Hotel** recently, and overall, I’d say it’s a decent *basic* hotel, but with a few things you should be aware of. The rooms are okay for a short stay, but the housekeeping isn’t done daily unless you specifically ask for it. Same story with the towels — they won’t replace them unless you request. Even the small room amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer sachets aren’t refilled...

"Like the staff I did not like 1-No canteen and even bed tea was not available 2-There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches 3-Shabby washroom"

"Clean rooms and worth for money,Staffs are good.Good stay."

"Not valu fir money and it is heavily charged"

"The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. "

"The advertised value was completely absent. The room cleanliness.. was very poor. Cobwebs, dirty corners, broken hardware. The staff were very friendly and that is the redeeming quality. The lobby furniture were worn out. The lobby presented an uninviting appearance. Not a place I would stay again"
