This is a typical business hotel of Eastern style with a bed too short for me.
The food is made for guest who prefers to stay in Europe/US. The restaurants serve overpriced food w/o any Indian feeling. The breakfast has a limited selection of Indian food and isn't good enough. The chef only serves omelettes. Why could you get a dosa like at other hotels in South India?
The service is on a high level as far as everything goes well, but they have harder to handle thing that is outside of the protocol, and I really don't understand their routines. Sometimes they iron your shirts, and sometimes you have to do it yourself, no matter what you request. Another example, when I stayed in a standard room, I get the newspaper in the morning, but in the club rooms, I didn't. The housekeeping also follows a protocol and put everything (both the hotel's equipments and you private stuff) in a defined place, even if you moved it away. (For example, it don't use the TV, stop put the remote control on the bed.)
You choose the hotel since it's close to Mahindra World city.
