Hyatt Regency Chennai
Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand.

There was a peculiar smell in the hotel. Especially my room which I couldn't rub it off.
