"New hotel, listed as 5 stars. The facility is modern, but the rooms are relatively small with low ceilings. The furniture is already worn out, adding to a feeling if decay and overuse. The room was not clean - glass tables with finger prints, and sticky floors in the restroom. Disgusting. In subsequent days the cleaning of the room and restroom was inadequate. The hotel is full all the time. The restaurants were booked the five nights that I stayed here. I had to walk outside if hotel to grab a...

"Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small with barely enough space for a standard suitcase and no proper place for clothes. I was also overcharged for early check-in. The view was awful, the staff were not welcoming, and the location was far from the main attractions. Several gym machines were not working. The laundry was fine, but overall, I would not stay here again."
