"Staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were dated but clean. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable (the coils/springs were extremely noticeable) so we were not able to sleep much at all. The staff were very accommodating by changing our room but the bed was not any better. They supplied us with extra comforters to help with padding to keep the springs from feeling so harsh. "

"A weekend trip with family and friends! WE requested a 1st floor room due to one of these people in the party has trouble seeing and walking distance! The hotel read our request and we had 1st floor room with mini fridge, a great stay! Our room had 2 queen beds with lots of space for a great time! The internet was great because I have to check emails often for work! Breakfast as grab and go but very good! WE had choices of assosted muffins, bagels, and raising bread with sausage biscuits, fruit-apple or banana, assorted cereals and oat meal. Our beverages were hot coffee, hot tea, or water, orange and apple juice and milk! Our party enjoyed our stay and everyone had a great time. Thank you to Microtel Cherokee and all the staff that help make our stay wonderful. Hope to see again soon! "

"It was nice to have a laundry room since we've been traveling a while. The locations is excellent and the owners are good people. However, some of the room conditions could be improved during off season. Examples from our room include a desk chair that would flip you over; and a toilet that rocked with a seat that looked burnt under the lid. Just minor stuff. Overall, it was a quite, nice place to stay. We've stayed here several times now and each time has been comfortable."
