Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!

The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based.

We were very happy with the hotel & staff. We plan on making reservations again. We had some inconsiderate guests that were smoking marijuana on the balcony and it was coming into our room. We were very happy after our complaint the hotel staff reacted very quickly & solved the problem. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended

The staff was very friendly. The pool is great for young kids, but the hot tub was over crowded with young kids as well so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The balcony door didn’t function easily and the bathrooms are small, but functional. It’s a little further off the main strip, but the free tram does stop right out front!
