Staff was professional, friendly and prompt check in. The rooms and hallways were needed in dire upgrades from carpet to furniture. Very outdated and dirty. Carpets were filthy. Rooms itself were clean however no ice since ice machine broken. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly and after I had a double charge he was quick to ensure me via phone that it would be refunded. We live staying once a year here. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

We've stayed here twice and have been very satisfied with our stay. Love the balconies on the creek 😍 you don't hear any noises from the busy street. Much quieter stay than cherokee.

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip. The room was nice and comfortable with a balcony with rocking chairs. Bed was nice and bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast was odd, no coffee at all….. other than that I’d stay again

This was actually one of the more nicer hotels that we’ve stayed at in Maggie Valley, the heater unit had a tendency to be rather loud but it was by no means a deal breaker, very satisfied with our stay and will return again!

Ups and Downs

The shower/bath and bed were all nice and clean, but the tv remote and ac was dirty and sticky. The only other real issue i had was with the lack of toiletries. The room came with the standard teavel size bittles of shampoo/conditioner, but the bottles were only 1/4 full and i barely had enough to was my hair.

Very clean. The creek is awesome. The shower temperature was warm, not hot. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. This was my second stay there and will stay there again.

Staff is excellent!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hot tub was closed but the pool was open and fun for the kids. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, toast, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Juice, milk, coffee, yogurt. Would stay again. Stream in back is awesome. I recommend stream view vs Mountain View as it also includes the road. Thank you to the front desk staff for your kindness during this trip.
