"A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again."

"This was a fabulous hotel and the service was excellent! The staff were very attentive and offered us complimentary mint tea and cookies after our Medina adventures each day. Breakfast was different each day and my husband loved the tomato jam. "Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. "A beautiful building with authentic decoration. The restaurant on the terrace was excellent, with a selection of delicious local dishes that had clearly been carefully prepared. It was so good we ate there both nights, even though the menu was not extensive. The staff were exceptional, and were very helpful in organising a tour of the medina (highly recommended) and an early morning transfer to Rabat airport. "
