"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement pour son accueil, charme , déjeuner, tranquillité . Le guide référé par l’hôte pour la visite de la Médina de Fès fut excellent. il y était né, très instruit sur l’histoire et la vie locale de cette Médina. "Localizado dentro da Medina de Fes, não passa carro lá, então tem que se deslocar carregando as malas até o hotel. Como é um Alcazar, não tem elevador, se ficar em andar diferente do térreo (meu caso) terá que subir escadas com as malas. "

"A fabulous Riad. Stunning interior. Great location in the heart of the Fez Medina. One thing to keep in mind is that there are lot of stairs. Fez is hard if you aren't fit. We were fine but my mother would have had difficulties."

"We spend 2 nights in this splendid and beautifully maintained Riad. The staff are helpful and friendly; they arranged a guide to show us around Fes. We also had a Hammam and massage in their spa, which was lovely. Food is good and they have a bar, so you can get a beer or glass of wine. I would stay here again"

"As an American, this was such a unique experience. The riad was absolutely beautiful. I was continually in awe. Though there is so mich history, it was modern in the way it needed to be modern. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It was such a peaceful place to be! 10/10. I visited another riad while i was there. This one was definitely better!"

"The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was really good for 200 MAD. Lots of options, crepe station and egg/ omelet station. The room was nice and big. Would recommend to anyone staying in fes. It’s about a 15 min- 20 MAD taxi to the Medina. There’s a great lounge restaurant called barristo near the hotel, less then 5 mins walk.
