"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."

"BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. "We ended up in a room on the top floor and we had to climb many flights of stairs. The bunk beds were small and not very good. They moved us to a better room which is what we were expecting - with twin beds. Not very impressed with the room. The place was centrally located and a 5 minute or less walk to the station."

"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

"We liked having plenty of space. Plenty of room with a table and 2 chairs. Communication was acceptable. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. The bath towels were stiff and very ruff on my skin. The mattress was not very comfortable. Courtyard view was a joke. It was a small area maybe 6ft by 7 ft highlighted by an old wooden table a chairs. It was in need of a cleaning. I can’t recommend this place"

"It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

"We only stayed one night, but it was great. Close to St Pancras but quiet and with a lovely green space outside. There were some really nice restaurants and bars a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again."
