"Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. "I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor. "

"The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything."

"This place was a dump!! I'm so done with ANY Wyndham property in the future. The shades were broken and you couldnt even open or close them. The beds were comfortable but was made up like like the military. The bathroom water screamed three whole time you took a shower. Some people kept lurking in the parking lot all night which made me bypass the broken shade to constantly check on my car. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well.
