"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

While the beds appeared to be newer, the rest of the property was in terrible condition, and the smell throughout the hotel was absolutely atrocious. You could hear everything through the walls, and the air conditioning barely worked.
