Staff were friendly, parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was as good as you can expect for a place like this! My only complaint is our room wasn’t ready when we checked in (around 5pm) and we had to wait a little to get our keys. Wasn’t a long wait though.

The room was ok, but the bed linen had hair from previous guests. And so was the bathtub. So the two major things that we needed during our stay were unusable. Hyatt Place Virginia Beach / Oceanfront
Our family enjoyed our stay at the hyatt hotel. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Dorothy and Queenie at the front desk were amazing! Our room was great and the ocean view was spectacular. I had a great birthday with the family.
