"The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather! The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc. As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well...

"Honestly, this place should close for renovations. It's a mess. • 1 working elevator for a 12-floor hotel. The elevator is used by staff (and their equipment) and guests. Elevator wait times were 10+ minutes. Watched a delivery guy? guest? employee? get on the elevator with a large e-bike. "Nice little place, clean and ok breakfast - nothing hot. Just thought a little expense. $600 for 2 nights. I realize a lot was happening in the area so maybe why it cost that much."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating (example: got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before close. No coffee, so she cheerfully made a fresh pot just for us.) Place was clean;everything worked great. Had a nice bench seat outside the room to look at the mountains and relax after several hours of motorcycle riding. I would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again."
